Around 25 appointments as Adjudicator, which have been carried out concurrently with appointments as DB Member, Arbitrator, Expert Determiner, Mediator. As a consequence of those other appointments, John has had to decline Adjudication appointments during a few years.
For each appointment, John produced a decision, sometimes in periods exceeding the normal 28 days by up to three months, by agreement of the Parties
The disputes have included Consultant v Employer, Contractor v Employer and Subcontractor v Contractor on building, civil engineering, railways, M&E and power generation projects. They have involved claims for time and money. The sums in dispute have ranged from a few thousand pounds sterling to over £1m
